You will gain real experience & training in accounting, budget setting and Human Resources to name a few. WITSA is student led and run by an Executive Committee. Any student of Waiariki that is a member of WITSA may run for one of the 20 spaces on this committee. The Executive Committee meeting are scheduled around classes as determined by the Executive. The members influence the direction of WITSA, make decisions on behalf of all Waiariki Students and employ the President and through the President are the employers of the WITSA office staff. As an Executive member you will determine where WITSA will move in the future, will be helping all Waiariki students, become a decision maker, meet new people & learn new skills, you will be challenged and you will become an integral part of the fabric of student rights and protection.
