Private Board Tips: |

It is good to request or draw up yourself, an agreement with your board provider. This agreement should be in writing ensuring that both parties have read and understood the agreement and must be signed by both parties. The agreement should include the following:
* How much board you will be paying
* On what day your board must be paid
* What is and what is not included in the board payment
* How many days per week you will be residing with the board provider
* Whether a bond is required
* Any chores you are willing or required to do
* How much notice must be given before leaving the
premises
* How much money, if any, is required to reserve your room during term break
