Everyone Welcome You are invited to join a group of staff and students who will learn to sing Maori Songs. The emphasis is on participation and fun. Where: At G Block (opposite the Marae) When: Every Tuesday and Thursday Start/Finish : 12 – 1pm What do you need to bring: Your voice Other Information: a) Our Tutors/Guitarists are from nationally recognised Kapahaka Groups. b) The words to songs are provided at the venue. c) We will learn action songs d) We have created a user friendly, non threatening environment e) You only have to come to G Block ( no advance booking is necessary ) f) All students are welcome g) This is a short course which will continue all semester. h) There is no cost for participants Try this for Maori Language Week next week.
